**No, but I was hoping he was too ketotic without being too acidic coming

into it, if you know what I mean. Ketones I can adjust with ratios/cals etc.

Acidity, I don't wanna mess with, at all.

**Could be, but again - I don't want to go there with any adjustments in

meds either. Changing things when he is having seizures I can live with,

upsetting the status quo when he isn't, scares the h*** out of me.

Most kids have side effects like loss of appetite, increased acidity etc

when first starting the med. Typically, is probably one to do the

opposite - like prev AEDs have done to him, if we DON'T touch them, they

keep on rising in side effects until it hits the fan. Usually in the form of

seizures from toxicity. Better not be the case developing here, or you'll

hear me yelling all the way in Canada.

**Er me neither. If only?? I don't think it is the flu with , cos

like Jess, he wasn't/isn't unwell in any other way. No one else here has got

it, and he was off school for the hols before this started, so he wouldn't

have picked anything up from there.

Whatever it is, I am willing it to disappear quick smart :(
