Worst symptom still lingers--can't figure what is wrong

I was just going over my spreadsheet were I log my doses and times, average

temps, and symptoms. It seems to me that even while on T3 alone (37.5mcg) for 3

weeks I had the same bothersome symptom. For me it's muscle pain every day in

the shoulders, knees, legs, and hips/back are the worst pain for me. One in a

while I'd notice I wrote the pain level was a bit better, but very infrequently.

I still have other symptoms like cold intolerance, low basal temp (97.6) dry

skin, bumps on skin of legs, ringing ears, getting angry and having mood swings,

depression, no motivation, apathy, no energy, forgetful, confusion, , well, you

all know the symptoms.

But the pain, stiffness in muscles is the worst one for me and causes me more

irritability and depression and more weight gain, cause I eat when I'm in pain

and depressed.

So that is with me almost all the time. I will be testing RT3 again to see if

that is back up, but even while it was down and normal I still had these

symptoms.

Nick, you said that even if the serum RT3 is now normal it takes much longer for

it to completely clear at the cellular level.

Maybe this is true for me? Maybe I never completely cleared it, and maybe I can

never take T4? I only got up to 37.5 on Cytomel and that was only for 3 weeks,

then the Erfa was added.

Time will tell, but has anyone here suffered with daily muscle pain in shoulders

and hips?

I'll be testing RBC potassium as I have a sneaking feeling about that mineral

too.
