Guest guest Posted February 19, 2005 Report Share Posted February 19, 2005 So I just checked the temperature on the goat yogurt I'm making in the oven, and it was somewhere between 112 and 115. Ouch! I'm guessing it was that high for 1/2 hour or maybe 45 minutes tops. I'd just put it in alittle over an hour ago, and it's now back at the right temperature. Should I just abort the mission and throw it out or might it still come out okay?
