Guest guest Posted October 8, 2003 Report Share Posted October 8, 2003 Today was W.I. .... I maintained .... no loss .... no gain .... I'm ok with that because T.O.M. is visiting! LOL! and I'm glad I didn't gain (water weight you know) .... I also lost another inch! Yipper Skipper .... and I'm keeping up with my workouts! Also, I was in a bellydance workshop and vending all week-end .... I took my food and stayed on program all week-end! I'm so proud of me! Yipper Skipper! I also noticed that I had more stamina, etc. due to the working out! I was hanging in there longer than women alot smaller and younger! Just bragging! Amira P.S. Gee, those soups, that squash, that caramel sauce .... all sound groovy! Speaking of squash .... do ya'll ever cook spaghetti squash? Someone told me they cook it, scrape the " spaghetti " out, and eat it with pasta sauce .... and you could sprinkle parmesan cheese or Fat Free grated cheest on top! I might have to try it!
