Guest guest
My 1st hubby had WPW....a type of afib. When ever he had an episode, he would either 1. stand on his head or, 2. lay across the bed with his head hanging down on the floor. He said the doctor told him to do this. Since I was diagnosed with AFIB, I've wanted to try it, but I don't have a bed, I sleep in a recliner. Would be interested if anyone else has tried this and if it works.
