I've been in this pattern with my weight loss lately - large loss followed by a small gain, maintain or small loss and then a large loss again the third wee. So the pattern continued this week, despite my early week struggles - and I had a large 3.6 pound loss!!!! Strike up the band --- this takes me to ONEderland!!!! Weighed in at 197 pounds this morning. Still having a bit of a tough time wrapping my head around being BELOW 200 pounds. Of course, now I drop to a lower points target - but I can deal with that. Its' all good!!!!!
