Hi

There are others on this site that can answer your questions better than I

can, But I can try to help you out. Your daughter's symptoms are not normal

after thyroid cancer but they sound very normal for some one who is hypothyroid.

When was the last time she had her TSH blood test done. She needs to contact her

doctor and talk to her/him about the need for a blood tes.

Calcium Deficiency?

I just found this web site. My daughter had tyroid cancer 3 years

ago. She had her thyroid removed, had the iodine treatment and seems

to be cancer free.

The problem is she is tired all of the time; cold all of the time;

had calcium-type stones in her gallbladder a year ago and had the

gallbladder removed. She now has some hair loss; her nail are very

brittle and her back/bones ache a lot.

Is this normal after thyroid cancer?
