to SHAKE THINGS UP to get those scales REALLY moving.

Oh yes, do post for the next two weeks dianne. We have catherine posting daily too and a few others. I am writing my food in a journal each day, as well as my exercise. I find that really helps me to see what I am eating, habits etc. Then I post it from there.

Now, our leader has spoken so I will be looking to add veggie carbs and will take a day off of exercise. She says this is for health reasons rather than to accomodate me. I just wanted to make sure. This week coming up I think my day off will be Tuesday.

Goodmorning Challengers!I am sorry I did not answer this yesterday.I still think you can add 5 carbs of veggies if you want.I would hate to see someone really stall because of not eating enough. It is your choice. Regarding the exercise,missing one day a week may actually help by giving your muscles a chance to rest.Some other suggestions...........Try for 3 days of longer , higher intensity exercise.(45 - 60)(20 minutes a day isn't going to get your metobolism moving any faster at this point - remember Joya's post?)Try to incorporate 3 - 4 days of weight lifting (15 minutes to start).Looking at your POSTS, I see you are all exercising more than20 minutes and that is great -- I am just trying to think of a wayto SHAKE THINGS UP to get those scales REALLY moving.ALSO, I am coming over to the ISLAND for a visit and will beposting my menus and exercise.
