I have a question.....I use my treadmill for 40 minutes each morning. How many activity points would I be earning daily? Thanks. Donna G. At 250 Pounds, 40 minutes on the treadmill will earn you: 2.5 Points, if light intensity (leisurely pace, you're not sweating) 3.5 Points, if moderate intensity (breaking a sweat after about 10 minutes, you can carry on a conversation, but not sing) 8.0 Points, if high intensity (can talk for brief periods, break into a sweat after 3-5 minutes). You need to judge your own intensity level. For example, 3.5 MPH may be moderate intensity for some and high intensity for others.
