Thank you for the advice on stretching.

I had walked a couple miles before I broke into

a jog -- and yes I overdid it. I still have pain today.

I did two miles yesterday at a slower pace.

I'm not a young chick anymore :0((

And Thanks for beingso supportive of everyone.

We Love it.

How did you do at the gym?
