Mitch that is awesome!!

Strike up the band --- this takes me to ONEderland!!!! Weighed in at

197 pounds this morning. Still having a bit of a tough time wrapping my

head around being BELOW 200 pounds. Of course, now I drop to

a lower points target - but I can deal with that. Its' all good!!!!!

Thanks Bette - I was expecting to sneak into ONEderland, not come

roaring in like I

did. After all, I only had 2 flex points left by the end of the week, so

I was certainly

" fighting the program " parts of the week (I usually like to finish with

14-21 flex

points left over. Whatever the reason, 3.6 was a wonderful loss! Thanks

again.

Thanks ... yes, being below 200 is a REAL BIG DEAL for me - I

don't remember ever being there - maybe the last time was high school - 27

years ago.... goal is within sight - I'm focusing on that now!!!!

Thanks ... yes, being below 200 is a REAL BIG DEAL for me - I

don't remember ever being there - maybe the last time was high school - 27

years ago.... goal is within sight - I'm focusing on that now!!!!

Hi Mitch,

That's GREAT!!

It's coming off and doing down, that's the way to go.

Wish I was at onderland too, but I think I am according to my scale.

Will weigh at the end of October and hopefully will be there for theirs too,

lol!! The two are slightly

not in sync.

Congratulations on breaking through the 200 pound mark, Mitch!

I experienced a similar pattern to yours when I was losing weight. A large

loss (generally in the neighbourhood of 2.4 - 2.7 lb) followed by two

weeks of small losses (.2 - .4 lb) or maintains. That pattern actually

went on for stretches of up to a couple months at a time.
