But I'm learning slowly but surely that comfort food for me is " the enemy " and I won't let it get the upper hand any longer. For the first time Sunday, someone said to me " Have you lost some weight? " I hugged this woman who I had met only once before and could have done a back flip. It really does make a huge difference in how you feel about yourself. I told myself that I can do this and am not gonna give up this time. And YOU can too.
