What I am doing is continuing to journal, eat at a target rate, and exercise

exactly like when I was losing. I haven't changed those habits at all.

There are times when I still feel fat, which I know is silly but it's true.

A pair of tighter pants, or some water retention making my rings feel tight

still makes my mind automatically go to " Uh oh, am I gaining? "

I never remember to post my journals...but if I think about it I will. They

aren't always pretty, but they are always within points.

I did at times, but mostly I was an unconcious eater. I could sit in front

of the computer at night and down 1/2 pound of M & Ms without thinking about

it. I didn't " binge " uncontrollably. If someone had said " What are you

doing? " I would have thought about it and realized that I shouldn't, but I

just didn't think about it. For awhile, too, I thought that if I dieted it

was a sign that I didn't love myself the way I was. What I now realize that

the best way to show myself respect and love is by treating my body right.

Thanks! I feel very different too. It's an amazing feeling after a lifetime

of bad habits, to literally feel like an athlete.

Hey Tory our very own " picketer " .....maybe soon to be over!

I am just wondering about reaching goal and the issues of regaining. Tory are

you on guard against over eating? I know lifelong habits can be hard to break

and I know many years spent over healthy weight can cause folks to feel less

than slim even when at goal. Seems to me your daily journals might really help

one stay at goal. You sure are doing just grand! When you were over 200 pounds

was bingeing a problem? If yes, how did you overcome? And I went to your web

site for the first time in a while and you sure do look different now days.

Really different and your hubby looks really good too.

Have a very good Friday!
