Guest guest
Hello Everyone, You ladies are terriffic!!! Thanks to Brenta, , Isabelle, Kat in OH, Trudy, and Mandy. It is nice to know that other women are experiencing similar situations and coping in different ways. It is especially nice of those of you who are not having 'monthly' problems right now to come forward with suggestions. Having read your responses and gone to the suggested sites, I think I am becoming more informed. I have learned that I am probably drinking too much tea (black with milk) thus leaching out some of my iron, although my B12 was okay the last time checked a couple of years ago, my sister (11 years younger) gets B12 injections once a month, my youngest daugter's last test revealed a sub-normal B12 level and she is taking it orally (when she remembers - she is only 18 after all!) so there may be something 'familial' there and Isabelle's suggestion about the B vitamins could very well be right on. Oh yes, , I am taking regular propafenone 300 mg twice a day. My AF has a life of its own and comes and goes when it feels like it, usually very frequently, I can't say I noticed a particular difference in frequency around period time. Anyway, thank you, thank you all, and if you have any more suggestions please pass them along.
