Guest guest
Kari - I am feeling much better, thank you for asking. Today is Day #3 and it was very difficult. I traveled all day and could only get in half my water. I almost stopped on my way home to get a snack, but knew the quick stop would not have cheese cubes. I am even beginning to think low carb snacks! Breakfast was bacon and scrambled eggs, lunch - cup of asparagus soup and the most delicious spinach salad I have ever had, dinner was meatloaf, coleslaw, and green beans. About 48 oz. of water.
