Guest guest
Unless you're at the minimum weight for your height, you can go below your goal weight more than 2 lbs. There's no maxiumum for how much weight you lose after goal, as long as you're within your weight range. Donna's WI Had my fourth " Maintenance " weigh-in last night and am delighted to announce a modest .8lb loss for the week to put me a mere .2 lb off of my official goal. Two more weigh-ins to go to Lifetime... This is *hard*. I have to keep within two pounds either way of my goal weight -- neither gaining nor losing more than that. I'm thinking that actually being on Lifetime will be easier -- where fluctuations of more than a couple of pounds won't matter so much. Had an " Ah-ha! " moment this week: It doesn't matter a bit what the numbers on the scale say, I'm still slender. I can *enjoy* being slender without looking to the numbers for validation. So I wore a short skirt and tights to work to celebrate. Donna in Surrey B.C. Canada 285.2 / 159.2 / 159.0 Therapy is expensive, but poppin' bubble wrap is cheap! You choose.
