It has the texture of an oatmeal, so is good for b'fast too. Cooked apples (until soft) Almond butter (or any nut butter) Honey Put all together in processor and blend until semi-smooth with some chunks. Eat it with a spoon. Variations would be with cinnamon, raisins, vanilla, or another fruit, even a dried fruit. My kids like it. It is yummy warm also, or cold for a to-go snack.
