Guest guest Posted December 26, 2009 Report Share Posted December 26, 2009 Today I got up much later than usual, 10 am. I took my oral temp and it was 98.3. When I get up most days around 7am it's usually 97.7 and it can stay at that level or so for most of the morning on some days, and other days can go to 98.2 or so. Today I got up late and it was 98.3 and then an hour later 98.5. It's staying in the 98 range. THis is interesting to me that getting up later is keeping my temp closer to normal. Then again on other days, getting up my usual time the temp can also be somewhat normal most of the day, then other days, low. I keep having erratic temps, but one 5 day period the average was 97.9 for 5 days. The last 5 day averages: 98.7, 98.8, 98.4, 98.0, 98.4. These were right after the 97.9 averages. I'm on the same doses around the same time of day. I haven't increased anything. 2 grains Erfa, 25 Cytomel, 25 Cortef. What is going on? I think my ferritin is almost there, it was 47 2 months ago, but I increased my dose to 65mg. My inner eyelids look pink now instead of whitish, so I'm not sure if it's that. I'm on 25 Cortef for 4 weeks now also and I take all the supplements. I want to get higher on T3 as I believe I have fibro and I have read that high T3 levels can really correct that pain.
