Please re-think Dr. Targoff.

LEM.... I would really feel so much better if you either call this

doctor or email him. He's on STAFF with the Veterans Hospital... but

he's also a Professor with Department of Medicine,

University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Here's his web site and

read what he's studying.... Even if he can't see you as a patient, he

might have another doctor for you to see that does have experience with

DM. It's so well worth it to email him and explain what you have.

Explain your heart condition as well. I'm sure he'll be more than

interested in your case or at least tell you which doctor would be good

to treat you.

****Dr. Wortmann is a administrator of a hospital in Tulsa, Ok.*****

Yes, I knew that he was in Tulsa and on the map it looked really too far

for you guys to drive. But he also has a great reputation in Myositis

and has studied it inside and out.

****Vicki I hope you will mention that dizziness to your dr. ****

I sure did.... I called them first thing this morning.... I'm suppose to

start documenting when it happens... what I eat, if I'm outside moving

when it hits, and what I try to do that puts it under control. That

will give them a better idea what's going on.

Take care and please let me know what happens with the doctor.

Vicki
