Guest guest
Jon - a lady asked that same question at our meeting yesterday. The answer she got was, Yes, you need to eat to your target range. She then went on to explain that no-one is perfect and we get sick etc and there are bound to be times that we don't make it. But it is not good to make it a daily habit. Now, I find that when I am really short on a day, I will take something that is heavy on points but light on the stomach to help make up some points quick. Hope this helps answer your question.. Yesterday, I really wasn't hungry. I stuffed myself at dinner with as much food as I could. My target is 30pts. I ended up eating 22pts. It was a busy day, and I ate throughout the day (mostly small healthy snacks), and I just couldn't get to 30pts. Eating my minimum points has always been difficult for me since I'm not a big eater, but this is the first time I've not even been able to hit my target. > > > In Him, > Jon > > Prayer is not overcoming God's reluctance, but laying hold of His willingness. — Luther
