Confusion abt when to take Iron/thyroid

I checked the links/attachments to this board...sorry if I missed this but I am

confused about when to take Iron/thyroid. It seems that you are supposed to

leave 4 hours between taking thyroid/iron and you need to take iron with food.

Does there have to be period of 4 hours both before and after thryoid ingestion

before it is optimal to take iron? Some authorities say you can take Iron one

hour after thyroid....but must wait 4 hours to take thyroid after taking iron.

If it has to be 4 hours on either end, I will have to take iron late at

night...and i don't like to eat late at night. appreciate the assistance.

Perfect...thanks Val...and you were 100% right about the iron....if I skip

supplementing it...I get horrible palps...if I take Iron...I feel terrific! Why

on earth isn't this public knowledge in the medical field?? We need to do

something to get this vital info out there!! Tthanks and god bless!
