I would start with the higher HC dosing as oyu need alot more cortisl to

fight an illness. If your adrenals were healthy they would produce tons

of coritls to fight this illness. It si not for the AB's you need mroe

coritl sbut your immune system needs coritl swhen ill to wprk properly.
