I'm kind if doing what you're doing, BUT this is the first time in my ENTIRE LIFE that when I screw up I don't let that be the end. Exercise has been the hardest for me, but again if I miss I don't just say " What's the use " , I start all over again tomorrow. I'm waffling between 233 and 235 and just can't seem to get below that. But then again I never have and wonder why? Cause I always quit the first time things got hard. Just don't get down on yourself. This is HARD and we will be hear for you. You CAN do this. Maybe try increasing your water and talking a nice long walk. But you will get past this.
