you're showing signs of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) from carbohydrate

withdrawal. Keep eating protein or allowed veggie snacks every couple hours

to keep your blood sugar up. Eventually you'll get over it and feel good

(until you start back on some of the heavier carbs).

HI EVERYONE, I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT SINCE I HAVE CHANGED MY DIET AND DID AWAY WITH ALL STARCHES AND SUGARS, THAT I AM PAINFREE, AND FEEL GREAT. OF COURSE THE 14 YRS ON THIS TREATMENT HAS BEEN A GREAT SUCESS. I HAVE BASICALLY BEEN ON THE ATKINS DIET, AND LOST 65 LBS WHICH I NEEDED TO DO. I DO EAT MORE VEGIES AND HAVE MEAT, BUT MOSTLY FISH AND SOME CHICKEN. I TAKE VITIAMS AND MODUCARE AND COQ10 AND MINERALS, BUT GETTING RID OF THE OTHER STUFF IS WORTH IT IF I CONTINUE TO FEEL THIS GOOD. I ALSO DRINK ALOT OF WATER. I WAS BED-RIDDEN BACK THEN SO I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD TELL EVERYONE WHAT I AM DOING WITH DIET. I TAKE DOXYCYCLINE MWF 100 ADAY FOR MAINTANCE AND MSM NO OTHER MEDS FOR DISEASE, SO IT IS POSSIBLE TO REACH THIS STAGE FROM A VERY BAD PLACE WHERE I WAS I AM 53 NOW AND BLOOD AND TESTS ARE NORMAL NOW. I WISH YOU ALL TO BE PAINFREE, AND FIND WHAT WORKS FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU AS I REMEMBER ALL TO WELL THE PAIN OF R. ARTHRITIS AND DISCOID LUPUS, WHICH I HAVE BUT MILD NOW. THANK YOU CHRIS
