Guest guest Posted June 10, 2003 Report Share Posted June 10, 2003 Well, wlbs, I went to the Y this morning for the first time since last wednesday. I weighed. I lost 2 lbs this week!!!!! I was so hyped. <G> When I first got on the scale, the lever went down. I thought I had gained. I kept moving it up and thought I had gained enough to be over 200 again. I was soooo upset. Then I realized that I was going the wrong way on the scales. LOL. So I started over and then measured that I lost 2 lbs. YAY!!!!. I only exercised 2 days last week. I also had pizza 2 times. I think one of the reasons I am losing so slow is that I am not eating enough. Sooo, this week, I am going to concentrate on eating more. Not junk but more fruit and vegetables. I would like to see a 2 lb loss every week. But even if I only lose 1 lb, it is still a loss. Several people in the pool was asking what diet I was on. So I told them that I wasn't on a " diet " . I watched portions, drank water, and exercised. I told them about this list. One lady may join.
