Camping season is here, and we are anxious to go camping with our new

(to us) tent trailer! We are moving up from tent camping, but will

still be dry camping. What issues have you encountered camping with

d/hoh kids?

For us, the darkness limits our sons' abilities to use visual methods to

supplement their hearing. So we try to leave early so we're not setting

up after dark. We bring a lantern, extra flashlights and batteries. At

night, we hang a glow stick (the kind you snap and shake) for a night

light.

We bring a dri-aid jar to dry out the hearing aids, and extra batteries.

I'd love to hear from the rest of you! Happy camping!
