Ok- I whirled up the scant amount of yogurt I actually had made, with

strawberries & made popsicles with it. Ed ate one without blinking an eye - So

I'm very hopeful that freezing the yogurt doesn't kill off the bacteria because

I think I have found my mode of consumption for him- ( he loves fruit popsicles

)

Hi Sue,

It kills many bacteria, but not necessarily all of them.

How about adding some frozen strawberries to the refrigerated yogurt

and whipping in your new blender (use a pulsing action).

will rarely eat yogurt in a bowl even sweetened with honey and cut

up strawberries, but if I puree it and put it in a bowl or in a

glass (like a milkshake) he loves it.
