Guest guest
Chantelle, You're so much ahead of me. Some agency folks stopped by our house today and I fundamentally hated to let them in... Perhaps you'd like a trip to Missouri to try to put my life in order. Martha

Guest guest
Yes! Yes! Yes~!~! Definitely yay you! Always yay you! Chantelle - you are not any more worthy or lovable in this moment than you were the moment before. You always are lovable and precious. You are now lovable and precious in a tidy home ) ...... and 2 caffeine pills and 250ml (8 ounces=1 glass) of Mountain Dew doesn't taint the issue at all. There are plenty of medically unremarkable self-sufficient employed adults out there who take much more caffeine in their morning Starbucks triple shot custom coffee on a daily (if not several time a day) basis....... Congratulations~ Bask in your well deserved joy ) love, yuka

Guest guest
So happy for you Chantelle! I absolutely LOVE that feeling of getting completely disorganized...and in your perfect words, none of the " stash and dash " that we all resort to from time to time. CONGRATULATIONS! Good luck with your doctor's...hope they can help with your energy level!!! Chantelle McLaren wrote: I Chantelle McLaren am almost COMPLEATLY done organizing my appartment! yayness. I just need a few more hours tomorrow and its COMPLEATLY organized. Non of this stash and dash but REAL CLEAN!!! yay me! All i have left is sorting my important papers and my art stuff wich will be put in 2 rubbermaid totes. having said all that... i did have to rely on mnt dew cause my doc STILL wont give me the perscription of Celexa. grrr. As for the sleep study... sigh. i swear i will get my adaptiv tech appointment from waterloo before the sleep study. and there is a lengthy wait for the adaptive tech stuff. At least i see my crazy doctor on monday and she will give me the medicin (i hope!) as for finding the reason for my being tired and lack of energy... hopefully i find that out too. I know its bittersweet, happy that ive gotten my place organized once and for all, but dissapointed i had to resort to drugs just to do it. Just wasnt getting any support from anywhere so i had to resort to this. Chantelle

Guest guest
Chantelle, Oh my gosh, this is HUGE! I have to disagree with your subject line though. I think organization, or difficulty with it, IS totally ON topic of CHARGE! You have been struggling for a while to get clean and organized. And look at you, you did it ALONE. You must feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted off your shoulders. Yes, you did resort to drugs. Mountain Dew has the most caffeine (stimulant) you can find. Many college students drink it during exam time. It's worse than those no-doze over the counter meds. Don't drink too much of that stuff. Only use it in emergencies! lol I am so proud of you and happy for the good things coming your way. May your doctor visits go well also. Guest guest
Well done Chantelle. I must say you had more ressolve than I could ever have, caffeine or not. Our home looks like a bomb site. Sounds to me like resorting to caffeine for help as one off is no failure on your part. Some people with far less cause to do so than you do so in much larger quantities and far more regularly. As long as you don't do this on a habitual basis, if it helped you sort your appartment and feel positive about yourself, more power to you. The fact that you are concerned about its use makes me think that you don't plan to use stimulants on a regular basis so please don't worry too much about it. Just enjoy your nice tidy home. I know how long you have struggled to sort it out. And Bonnie is right, there is nothing non-CHARGE related about it since if it were not for CHARGE and all it entails, you probably would have done all this ages ago.
