Hi,

Have you tried Miralax powder for constipation? You just mix a bit with a

glass full of water and it really works. It's available by prescription only,

so you may want to ask your doctor about it.

Thanks for the suggestion! We did try miralax at the beginning but got no

results. We finally discovered that nothing would work unless Langan drank

enough water. We found a water that works for her and started her on

cal-mag-zinc III and had no more problems until recently- when Langan

started boycotting her water AND we forgot the cal-mag for 2 days!! She's

back on water and we've split the cal-mag dosage to 1/2 in the morning and

1/2 at night and she is back on track.
