Guest guest
Hi, We,re on week 2 and Keenan is doing beautifully, we can't belive the change in him. we've tried to keep him off all artificial & processed foods, (other than his epilim, topamax & lamictal which have sweeteners) it was a bit hard at first, he didn't want to drink water (he misses his milk bottle) but now he's taking the water. and he's gone from 30 or 40 siezures a day to 0 in just one week. We hopefully start weening his meds this week. Does anyone know where to find a good downloadable meal planner? All our love Keenan, Michele & Marcus
Guest guest
Hi there, that's great news. There is a downloadable meal planner in the files section. I don't use the meal planner as my dietitian figures everything out, but I'm sure others will tell you that it is easy to use. I hope you have continued success with the diet.
