Guest guest
Hi , I noticed your stats and wondered if I can ask how tall you are, as well as your age. I started out in Jan at 164 and lost 11 pounds on my own. Then joined ww in July at 153 and am now about 141. I am trying to establish my goal. I know my personal goal is 128, but don't know if I can get back there any more (I am 53 years old) so am having trouble picking a ww goal where I don't have to pay anymore. I am actually already in my range I think. I am thinking of 135 as my ww goal and 128 as my personal goal. What do you think? Guest guest
Terri, Wow! First off, I wanted to comment on how great you've done. =) I'm 5'3'' and 24 yrs. Old, but I still put my weight watchers goal a little below the max...my WW goal is 135 and my personal goal is 130. I was around 125 in high school and I can't imagine getting any lower, so 130 is more attainable for me now, especially since I work out so much. I think your goals are great, especially since you're keeping your totals close together. When I first started, my WW goal was 141. I hit that and made lifetime. Unfortunately, I got comfortable and am now back up to 155. I think your goal of 135 is perfect, since it's not your max for your height and it will help keep you on program...even if you become a little comfortable. 175/155/130 /stats Hi , I noticed your stats and wondered if I can ask how tall you are, as well as your age.
