Dear Alice,

I can SO relate to how you are feeling. I wish I didnt need them either. I

thought I was doing pretty well with the pregnancy and all the hormonal things

THAT ALONE entails, but a few months ago we started having problems with my 8

year old daughter, and I am almost daily frustrated with what is going on with

her. Last week I realized after locking myself in my room for two hours so she

wouldnt see how upset I was, that I was SO emotionally upset and tired, that if

I went on like this for another month until the baby is due, then I would be so

physically and emotionally exhausted I wouldnt be very good for the baby. So

after talking to my husband about it, I decided to talk to my OB and see if it

would make sense to go back on meds now, instead of waiting until after having

the baby. My OB saw no problem with it, my hubby is a LITTLE hesitant as am I,

but supports it, and I have the meds, just havent started taking them yet. I

dont know what exactly to do lol.....

I havent had to be on anti depressants for years now, and admitting that I

needed them again was half the battle, but the other is trying to get myself to

start them again, even being pregnant.

Good luck in your decision to go back on them, I know what a tough decision that

is. Sorry this got so long.
