/Christi - I don't mean to butt in however, I posted a Mac/Cheese

recipe back in August. Copied it for you below.

Serves 6 - 6 points per severing

1 Tablespoon butter

2 Tablespoons flour

1/2 cup skim milk (fat free)

1/2 teaspoon salt

14 1/2oz diced tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar

2 Tablespoons grated parmesan

4 cups cooked macaroni

Melt butter in skillet; add flour and cook til golden brown,

approximately 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook until mixture has thickened.

Stir in milk, cheeses, salt, dry mustard and cook until the cheese has

melted through and is smooth.

Stir in macaroni and heat through.

I have tried this and it is very good. It is a little higher than the

box stuff, but I enjoyed it and the tomatoes added a different taste.
