jumped in on the LID. As far as dairy is concerned I seem to remember from

Ian's earlier posts that he was quite strict on this so I would say better

not...try... hmmm...something different... herbal tea? Something you don't need

to take milk in? And save the chocolate for a treat on the first day you go on

to T4.Judith aka Dutch Poppy (in England)dx 1965and who hates being deprived of

chocolate, too
