I don't know, Sue. When I first joined here, about 6 weeks ago I

think. I drank no water ever! Diet cola all day and thats it. I

argued about the water when I started and wanted to substitute

lemonade or something. But somehow now it just is no problem, I only

drink and occ. pop, when I'm out or something. It has really helped

me though to drink water in bottles, I don't drink half as much when

I use a glass for some reason and it's easier to keep track of the

amounts too. Maybe I'm just more committed to this this time and

having everyone here to talk to and to hear about your difficulties

and triumphs too helps alot with everything.

Tammy,

You mean its not just me that has an easier time of it when its in a

bottle? Never mind that I am just refilling the bottle from the

gallon in the fridge, its still easier for me in a bottle instead of

a glass, maybe because I can take it with me wherever I go that

way? I don't know the reason, but I know I am finally getting my

water in how I should be, and wow does it make a difference. Thanks

for participating, and congrats on being our big winner this week!

-I know, I'm not drinking " bottled water " just refilling bottles

from the faucet. Mostly 20 oz. pop bottles. tammy d.

:::raises hand::: I'm a bottle refiller too! They have a filtered cold-water

machine at work, and I keep a 24 ounce bottle on my desk to refill several

times a day. At home, I buy the gallon jugs of store-brand spring water, and

refill my 1 liter bottles from that.
