Guest guest
Larry, I bought a really neat pulse monitor watch from Radio Shack (a couple of other posters got one too) that is simple to use and very inexpensive. It's called: a pulse watch Catalog #63-609. You can also purchase it at radio shack's website. I paid $14.95 at the store and it's been invaluable to me because my heart rate fluctuates so much that I can't take my pulse! Guest guest
I too bought one and unfortunately the skin on my hands is too thick for it to work properly....so if you work with your hands, don't bother.
