Coffee and 2 pork chops - 2.25 Lettuce with dressing and cheese, pizza topping - 8g String cheese and macadamias - 3g 2 cheddarwurst - 4g 1/2 lo carb bar - 1.5g Total for today:18.75g While stomping around at Target after work tonight, I found some bars in the nutrition aisle - I know they probably are not the best thing for me, but boy, are they good! They are called Designer Gourmet whey protein bars. I just tried a bite of the double chocolate bar - 3g carb - and really liked it.
