Guest guest
My CPK test came back with good results, so I know that my muscles are not inflamed. My legs are still giving me trouble: a. Every so often, it looks as though the veins are twitching. b. It does it if I sit for any period of time. c. Usually the twitching or pulsating is only for a second or two in one spot....it moves around on my legs all below the knees. My rheum says that it could be related to RA, but not for sure. I have appt. with my regular MD to check it out this Tuesday. I am thinking maybe, a blood clot? I do wear a HRT patch so maybe it could be related to that. Any comments? Also I am starting on Arava (10mg) today. Anyone had experience with that drug? caversa@...
Guest guest
I used to have great veins and now they aren’t so good any more. Anybody else have this happen as they’ve gotten older? I didn’t shoot them out, because I only used a couple for that & they aren’t the same ones the med techs try to get. De Re: Re: lowercase (new) Kat./.Question? I had the same problem. Before treatment,I think the hospital had more of my blood then I did. They were having a lot of trouble getting the blood in very short time.I wouldn't have been a very good drug addict cause the veins can't take the abuse.I hate it when they run out of veins and I get needles everywhere.I hate it on the back of my hand.Hurts. Guest guest
I Have Never Had Great Veins. But Had Lots Of Patience When I Was Shooting Up. At 23 When I Had My Gallbladder Removed, I Went Into Surgery With The Iv In My Foot. Sometime During Surgery They Lost My Iv. I Never Asked What Happened. I Woke Up Leaving Surgery. That Problem Has Kinda Worried Me About The Gastric Bypass. But I Also Have Decided We Will Worry About That When It Gets Here. Guest guest
Maybe part of my vein problem is because I’m fatter now. I didn’t think about that.
