Okay, remember me asking you to explain what ketones were, when you said

that the dr said yours were a little high? Well, I was reading some info on

La Leche League's website and came across this in FAQ about whether or not

low-carb diets are safe for breastfeeding mothers. Totally unrelated to why

you were being checked, but I'm pretty positive it is referring to the same

thing! I now complete understand what ketones are!!!
