Guest guest
Hi My daughter took reglan for a few weeks and it caused CNS problems (flutterring of her hands, etc.) We tried prilosec, which really didn't help as it just lowers acid. Then several people on this website suggested digestive enzymes from the health food store. Guess what? No gagging or vomiting for 2 weeks!! I give her about 1/2 of the powder in a little bit of water just before eating (don't use warm water - it kills the enzymes). Good luck, Heidi, future occupational therapist and single mom to (IS, Severely/Multiply Impaired) and twin brother, (4 years), and big sis Madison (6). Guest guest
I would certainly raise up the head of the bed to help with sleeping and reflux. Also, you might try giving a small amount of soda water at the end of meals to get relief.
