Guest guest
My daughter was bothered by some minor eczema around her nose, mouth area. I started to give her very small amounts of B6 (pyridoxal-5- phosphate (or P-5-P)and about 12.5mg) for her and it disappeared. It was very minor eczema though. Could be worth researching. When I began the diet the acne I had got much worse for a few days and became very sore. After a few days all that dead skin peeled away and my skin became very soft and clear. I knew that it was die-off and figured that it was temporary because my stomach felt so-o-o much better.
