Hi, , I like Slow Mag because besides the fact that it works for me, I am not having the notorious side effect of living in the bathroom that can sometimes happen from magnesium. The calcium it contains does not seem to bother me, although as others have posted, regular calcium supplements can sometimes cause an uptick in heart stuff.
