I'm only drinking right at 100 oz. daily .... and thats NOT half my body weight .... according to that I should be drinking 130 oz. a day (and possibly 5 oz. more!) ..... I wonder if thats why I'm not losing weight (only inches) .... maybe I'm drinking lots of water but not enough to lose .... maybe I'm still retaining too much of it!
