I have lost 26 pounds Gee .... 26 lbs. since June 19th! Congratulations! And I talked with a woman at Walmart last night who lost 50 lbs. in 2 months! on Weight Watchers! I've been going for a month .... first week I lost 3 lbs.; 2nd week I lost 4 lbs.; 3rd wk. I gained .2 lbs. and last week I gained .2 pounds! I've lost 8 1/2 inches though, but I'm beginning to really think I'm doing something wrong! I'm exercising daily (are ya'll getting tired of hearing my whining? LOL), and I'm not using many of my flex points at all (if any some weeks) .... surely I'm not building muscle THAT HEAVY! LOL! That woman last night really depressed me. Don't get me wrong .... I was happy for her; however, it made me wonder about me! I've not gone over my daily point range and haven't " cheated " a time in a month! My next W.I. is Wed. morning .... if I've gained again (or not lost) .... I'm going to have to re-evaluate my whole plan!
