What do you mean they gave everyone 5 more pounds? I looked at both books and

they are exactly the same. There is a 5 pound difference between the

recommended highest weight and the maximum healthy weight. Is that what you

are talking about??

No, my maximum weight last year when I started WW was 123 and my low was

101. When I signed back up after being gone from my meetings all summer

she asked me my height and then put my max down as 128 lbs. So I told

her that I thought it was 123 and she said they upped everyone five

pounds. But if you look at the height weight charts on WW website they

are the same as always and you are saying that the books haven't

changed. ??? According to chart the top weight for my height is 128 but

that is for 45 and over. So maybe they just gave the maximum weight (45

and over) to everyone?? I think someone else should ask at their

meetings and find out though.
