Hey! <one eyebrow raising> ...funny how you loose 3 pounds at the

same time I gain the same 3...that will be enough of that! I have a

skinny little sister-in-law you can throw all thoses losses to

though ;-)

Ack, sorry Ang, didn't mean to send those to YOU! I am actually trying to

send them to a friend of mine... we were talking this weekend, and she says

for every 5 pounds I lose, she would like to gain 1. This girl is seriously

itty-bitty! She only weighs 94 pounds!

Jette,

Well we all have to have fun and relax once in awhile. It's how often

that can be a problem! I would however suggest avoiding the scales in

about a week from now. I have found losses or gains come the week

after. Also just try to get a little extra exercise and water in. I

like to drink Slimfast before and after an indulgence. That seems to

help.
