Taking Aleve If Liver Mets?

Since people here seem to know a bit of everything, does anyone know

if taking Aleve is contra-indicated when there are liver mets? Mom

has the lingering pain from shingles in her leg and Aleve seems to

help, but she worries about its affect on her liver.

She goes for an MRI tomorrow; she could not get it last Monday as the

guy couldn't get the IV in. Mom thinks maybe this is God's way of

saying " Stop. " She does not seem to like the radiation oncologist

much, even though I thought him more straightforward than the surgeon

and RFA surgeon that she saw.

I am where Monika was in regard to being anxious about the tests.

I'm not at all sure that either Mom or I want to know.

Narice,

Mom has not had any break through medication. She has high blood

pressure so I suppose that is reason enough not to take Aleve.

Thanks.
