Your surgeon sounds thorough. The outcome of surgery seems to be that any lessening of the septum size makes the next pregnancy easier. Good luck! Both your posts sweetened my morning. (I've been heavily involved volunteering during the elections and just let me say that my morning needed sweetening!)
