We use it. If you can find it in an already sweetened syrup, then it is the

pure liquid with no maltodextrin added for filler. That is preferable I

think for seizure kids.

I'm thinking about trying splenda. I've been looking into it. Hear me

out..... and tell me what you think. It contains 24g of carb per 1 cup

(230g), I would have to give 9.5g of it for there to be 1g of carb added to

a meal. And we all know that 9.5g of anything would be a TON (think of your

oil you measure). What do you think? Is anyone using it?

I noticed that the " packets " contain dextrose, maltodextrin, and

sucralose; yet the " spoonable " contains only maltodextrin and

sucralose......curious! I wasn't aware that a liquid was available.

Where do you find it, grocery store? By the way, when you say " we use

it " do you mean your keto kid also?

Thanks!
