Guest guest
" The truth is no one sustains meaningful weight loss without increasing self-esteem first. Individuals with low self-esteem have an impossible time losing weight and keeping it off. Yes, we do need to have pride in ourselves but self-esteem is more complex than that. " Oh my goodness, this statement is so true. When I am feeling bad about myself, this is what happens to me. I have no DESIRE to lose weight, I just resign to the fact that I'm always going to fat. But when I feel good, I get so inspired and motivated. I want to DO everything I can! This was a good article, . I'm going to print it out. Thank you.
